Westies have a double coat.  Their outer coat is wiry and their undercoat is soft and furry.

This breed is very active and fun loving.  They are very alert and friendly.

West Highland Terriers make great playmates for children!

They need to brushed a few times a week and washed monthly.

They are very easily trained and should have some basic training.

This dog needs plenty of exercise.
