The hair is glossy, fine and silky in texture. Their colors are  blue, black, gray, fawn silver or cream with a black muzzle.

Silky Terriers are affectionate, intelligent and confident.

This breed does best with children, but does very well with other pets.

They need brushed frequently to keep their coat beautiful.

This breed is easily trained.

No special exercise needed but they like to run around.
