Chonzer Breed Review by Bev Sample
Our first Chonzer was with our family for 13.5 years. Shelby lived to please us. She fetched golf balls as if she was hunting and returning quarry to her master. She curled up in your lap by the fire, and greeted you at the door barking as if to say "what took you so long?" We will miss her the rest of our days.

Chonzer Breed Review by Melissa Hemple
I have two Chonzers (both I have found on this website). My dogs are very different in personalities, but both lovable and great with my son. My 3 yr old female is very loving, doesn't like to see anyone upset, cuddles and is protective when someone she doesn't know gets to close to her family. She only barks at strangers and if I ask her if she needs to go out. She was very easy to train to go outside & also the piddle pad. My 10 month old male is still a ball of fluffy energy. He was also easy to train to go outside. He has a massive cuteness factor and resembles the bichon frise, whereas my other dog resembles a schnauzer. He also likes to cuddle and chases my cat around the house. He jumps on me and then rollse around on my lap to show his belly for me to scratch. He rarely barks, even at strangers. Both would lick you 24/7 if you let them....they love to give out doggie kisses. Neither shed hair. Both are healthy and happy. Lastly, my female (as a pup) had a food allergy to the red dye in her food, but once I bought food without red morsels, she was fine now eating it but I choose to stay away from it. She also has dry skin. Both of their coats are longer & soft and very different (one is wavy & thick, the other fluffy and fine). I would recommend this breed for anyone who wants a lovable dog with medium energy levels, protective instincts, non-yappers and NON SHEDDING! I love my furbabies.
