I love movies about dogs! There are a few movies for the animal lover that I would watch over and over again. Over the weekend I had a chance to sit down with my daughter and watch the movie K-9 with James Belushi. It also made me think about some of the other great movies out there that focus on animals.

• K-9: This movie is about a misfit Police Dog and  a misfit Cop who are chasing a drug trafficker. It is a hilarious comedy that warms the heart and makes you laugh your tail off!
• Turner and Hooch: Tom Hanks plays a Police Officer who adopts a murdered friends dog, thats when the funny chaos ensues!
• Homeward Bound: Break out the tissues, for the whole family. This is one of the most powerful stories of love and loyalty that I have ever seen. One of the best family movies of all time.
• Marley and Me: Laugh out loud at the antics of the wily Marley, a true story by John Grogan.
• Scooby Doo I or II: Okay, so he is animated, but he is still one of the funniest K-9 characters ever!
