Their hair is short, shiny, stiff and very dense.

 The Cane Corso is very loyal and protective. They make excellent watchdogs.

They are quiet, loving and very caring of their family. They are intelligent and keep their eyes on strangers.

They need minimal grooming.

Training is a must with the Cane Corsos. If they are not trained when they are puppies they tend to become very aggressive and protective.

Cane Corsos are active dogs and require regular exercise. They make excellent jogging partners.
